The Voice As Somatic Touch
The voice is more than sound — it is a somatic touch, a pathway to safety, connection, and awareness. As the first event following the Feldenkrais4Life project, it continues to cultivate dialogue between diverse health disciplines, bringing the role of the Feldenkrais practitioner into a multisectoral landscape. A session dedicated to learning how to guide the nervous system to align more clearly with our intention through the Social Engagement System of Polyvagal Theory.
